HOME PREPARATION PRIOR TO INSPECTION

Our inspector prefers to limit the amount of contact they have with the homeowner's items. In order to facilitate this, we ask that the the homeowner clears closets and storage areas to allow us to easily access attic space, electrical panels, furnace and water heater, water meter, and under all sinks. Please keep any area requiring inspection obstruction-free.

Please turn on all lights prior to our arrival and open all interior doors.
