Thermal imaging goes beyond what the human eye can see and allows for a more detailed and in-depth look at your home or your potential home. Thermal imaging can detect moisture intrusion, overheating electrical, drafts, and so much more. The thermal camera will give a visual of all potential issues that would normally be concealed by recent finishes or touch ups, or even detect issues that may have gone unnoticed.

We use the latest in inspection technology. A digital report of our findings is usually within 24 hours of inspection and sent to you digitally for easy viewing. A verbal overview is also provided on-site while the inspection is taking place.
