5-POINT INSPECTION
From $249 + HST
The Five Point Inspection allows you have a full understanding of the major items within a home. Including the Roof, HVAC, Foundation, Electrical Panel, Plumbing and General Overview. This option is great for securing a Home Inspection Prior to submitting an offer, or in multiple offers.
HOME BUYER'S INSPECTION
A home Buyer's Inspection is necessary to ensure that the home you are purchasing is in the condition you expect it to be. We will inspect the home to reduce your risk of major, costly issues prior to purchase. Home Buyer's Inspections provide comfort in knowing the condition of their investment.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
Home buyer's Inspections are becoming industry standard. By booking a pre-listing inspection, the seller can gain an advantage in the selling process of their home. Should there be any deficiencies, the seller has the ability to correct any problems prior to the sale of their home. Doing so speeds up the sale process and also increases the value of your home.

THERMAL IMAGING
Thermal imaging goes beyond what the human eye can see and allows for a more detailed and in-depth look at your home or your potential home. Thermal imaging can detect moisture intrusion, overheating electrical, drafts, and so much more. The thermal camera will give a visual of all potential issues that would normally be concealed by recent finishes or touch ups, or even detect issues that may have gone unnoticed.

We use the latest in inspection technology. A digital report of our findings is usually within 24 hours of inspection and sent to you digitally for easy viewing. A verbal overview is also provided on-site while the inspection is taking place.
